Enneagram: Know yourself, workshop series;

“You only begin your true existence when you connect with the origin”

To seek what we truly are, we must first seek to understand what we are not. The enneagram allows us to acknowledge and understand our inner motivations, desires and fears. It allows the progression through the vortex of the heart through to the universe that exists within. Using an ancient sufi spirituality method syncronised with the Enneagram participants are able to find an answer from within themselves to better manage their relationships, heal past traumas, and build their confidence therefore realising their true potential. After seeing themselves in the "mirror" participants are shown the key to the treasure they have always carried within themselves, and to the healing that always laid within.

About the speaker:

Life Strategist Afzaal Mahmoud has studied extensively under the guidance of Dr Muzammil Khan (Director of the Rumi Centre UK), the late Shaykh Nazim and Shaykh Mehmet Adil, both heads of the Naqshbandi Haqqani Sufi order which has millions of followers Worldwide. Mahmoud has been become a leading practitioner in the teaching of the Enneagram system and ontology, which has its origins and roots with the principles of spirituality in Sufism.
