About The Event

"Breath and Heartbeat" music led by the breath of the ney flute & voice. Followed with the heartbeat drums, percussion and ensemble.

Breath and Heartbeat will be combined with a reading of a Rumi poems.

Music of devotion from various spiritual practices.

Artists include:

1)Sufi Mem Sufi Naqsbandi who is healer by profession and a blower of flutes by passion.

2)Anisa Mandahiling a Malaysian artist who has exhibited at Unesco,Paris, Oxford University, Portcullis Houses of Parliament. A singer of mystical Nusantara(South East Asian Malay) music.

3)Everton Bahadur Young performing the simran, Sikh devotional songs accompanied by a tabla player.

4)Jewels of Inshad a group who performs traditional Arabic nasheeds vocals and darabuka.

5)Louie Da Breeze Greek folk singer performing Christian Greek orthodox mantras on acoustic guitar.

6)Sultan Hu a Naqsbandi Sufi folk musician performing on acoustic guitar,vocals and percussion.

£5 entry pay at door.
