People who say Tasawuf (spirituality) has nothing to do with Islam and those whom take Tasawuf (spirituality) to a position whereby it is conflicting with what the Prophet peace and blessings be upon him would do and say. Where today people only see their tariqa and sheikh as the only tariqa and sheikh of the time and the only way to connect with God. Between the two lies the real path of what the Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him indicated as Al ihsaan. Literally meaning perfecting of oneself on the straight path.
