About The Event
A women's community-medicine-making, where we will gather to learn how to make our own womb oils, and learn womb self massage techniques.
Medicine of the Womb is a series of women's only cerermonies, of community medicine-making, held by Aliyah Arafah & Farah Bouguerra, where women can gather to revive indiginous practices of tending and connecting to the womb.
Traditionally, we've always healed together & cooked together- shared knowledge, prepared medicine and held ceremony in a circle.
For this first ceremony, we will prepare some womb oils together. We will learn about the significance of womb oils & learn about the different oils traditionally used. We will also set our intentions together, and learn about the different ways we can do that.
