Mental Health Matter: Total Health & Healing Month

Our mental health is always something we should be nurturing learning about and supporting. With the increase of social isolation, loss of community and the work / life balance. We are finding it increasingly harder to communicate and express why we are feeling the way we are. Here at Rumi's Cave we are open to discussing and communicating those sometimes stifling feelings. Hosting a once a month informal discussion on where we are at, resolutions and providing support for others, even merely just by our presence. Everyone is welcome.
