Prophetic spiritual secrets dealing with depression & anxiety (1)

The Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him) said: “No person suffers any anxiety or grief, and says (this supplication) but Allah will take away his sorrow and grief, and give him in their stead joy.”

Depression is one of the diseases of our time stipulated by the Prophet Muhammad, he prescribed certain supplications and remedies to help sooth anguish and discomfort such difficult periods. As no human is not tested and trialled with afflictions.

"So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief” (Quran, 94: 5-6)

“And never give up hope of God's soothing Mercy.” (Quran, 12:87)
