About The Event
Blessed with the opportunity to be part of a small group of walkers retracing the Prophetic Hijrah route from Makkah to Medina in Rajab just gone (January 2026), Suhaiymah will share insights into what the walkers experienced, felt and saw over the one-week trek through unmarked desert and mountains. Only a handful of guides know this rare route and have worked with world-leading scholars to confirm and refine it. Whilst "the hijrah" was made by many, this particular route was only taken by The Messenger of Allah ﷺ and his closest companion, Abu Bakr, may Allah be pleased with him.In a religion that tells us to "follow him ﷺ" what does it mean to attempt to literally walk in the footsteps of The Beloved of Allah ﷺ?
