This is a session to give space  to honour our divine gift of  creation and growth.  Fertility is one of the growing concerns of women in modern society, many of us have concerns as to whether we will be able to conceive, grow and birth our own child. There are many forms of nutrition, herbs and lifestyle changes that can be incorporated to successfully support fertility and pregnancy.  However, for those of us that conception and pregnancy may not be an option we can still incorporate many of the herb, diet and lifestyle changes to nourish the womb as fertile space of growth, nourishment and creativity for ourselves, family and community. Nourishing the mothers within us all.  --------------  In our session we will - explore the beauty, challenges , pressure and judgement of our fertility. -An introduction to the safe and effective use of herbs to support fertility, conception, birth and post-partum care - A  look at herbs that can support the 'mothering' role. - Learn the ways that diet and lifestyle can support your womb at different stages of fertility and birth.

---------------- This session is open to all women, those trying to conceive, those that have children, those that have a strained relationship with their cycle, those approaching menopause. All women will benefit from this session.  It is a session to celebrate and honour the mercy of our inner creation and growth. THIS IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ANYONE UNDER THE AGE OF 18 This session will only go ahead if we have enough spaces booked. So please book beforehand so I have a sense of numbers.
