About The Event
Suhaiymah will be delivering a workshop, specifically for Muslim young people 14-18.
In this workshop participants will explore existing narratives in the media and stories to find ways to subvert and reclaim conversations about Muslims and Muslim identities. If we didn't have to focus on breaking stereotypes, how might we express what being Muslims means on our own terms?
The workshop will take place at 3pm until 4:30pm at Kiln Theatre on 9th August 2024.
